Today we made a deal, the hubs and I. To celebrate our 10th year of marriage we will ride from wherever we may be living in 2017 to South Dakota for the Sturgis motorcycle rally. 

Just the two of us. 

We never make plans this far in advance--we are 6 years away--but it feels nice to dream of our future together and to have an adventure to look forward to.

Mixed up Measurements

According to Ami:

This tower is 5 million feet high  and I am 2 pounds tall.

Traffic wasn't so bad coming home from work today and the sun was shining so beautifully that I decided to pull over by the "open space reserve" and scope out the trails for this weekend. I've been wanting to take Ami on a long hike up those hills for the longest time now and it seems that since the rain has finally passed we may head out that way on Sunday. I shot just a few pictures there today and that just made me more excited to climb to the top of those hills.
