Don't spend an entire afternoon/evening at the beach and think, upon getting home at 10pm, that drinking a can of coke will help you relax.

It won't. The boys will be passed out and although said coke will allow you to enjoy uninterrupted SVU time, you will not be able to sleep until 2:30am.

Waking up on a Monday at 5:30 am with only 3 hours of rest will not be fun.
